Give a brief description of the story.

This book is a continuation of Mona Risk’s Holiday Babies stories, although with an older heroine—Barbara, the widowed mother (and grandmother) of the previous heroines, who falls in love with the boss of one of her daughters. The hero, Lou, a driven successful man with a history of short relationships, surprises himself and everyone around him with his attraction to Barbara.

What did you think the author did particularly well?

The author has created a wonderful and warm (and big) family, with plenty of love and support, and without the quirky weirdness that often characterizes the families of romance heroines. Refreshing and lovely to read. It helps to have read the previous stories in the series. Lovely family values in a sweet romance.

What was your favorite thing about the story?

When the hero proposed, I got goosebumps!
